What is AdSense?

Google AdSense

Google AdSense is an easy way for you to make money by featuring pay-per-click ads on your website. You don't have to look for advertisers – when you join the program, AdSense automatically posts ads on your site that match your content on a page-by-page basis. You are paid whenever a visitor to your website clicks an ad on your site, and it's free to join!

You have several ad types and styles to choose from. Google Adsense offers you a choice of text ads, image ads, or a combination of both. There are banner ads that stretch horizontally across the page. There are also skyscraper ads that stretch vertically. You can display several text ads in a line. Or it can be a single large image-based ad. You can also tailor the ads so that they match the colors of your website.
